To qualify for the Your Team Your Jersey promotion, entrants must successfully register and complete the promotional entry form during the promotional period.

• Each eligible entrant will receive one (1) entry into the promotional draw. Entries are not transferable.
• Entries must be submitted via the official promotion campaign entry form.
• The promotion is valid between 1 July 2026 and 30 August 2026.

• Twenty (20) winners will each receive one (1) official team jersey of their choice, subject to availability from an authorised retailer and a maximum retail value of R2,500.
• Each winner may select the official jersey of the sports team they support, subject to availability from authorised suppliers, reasonable sizing availability and BetCity's approval. Should the selected jersey be unavailable, BetCity reserves the right to provide the closest available alternative or a jersey of equivalent value.
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

• Winners will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the promotional period. Total winners: 20 (twenty).
• The independently audited draw will take place at BetCity's Johannesburg offices on 31 August 2026 at 14:00, determined by a random electronic draw.
• Winners will be contacted within 3 days of the draw via SMS, telephone and/or email using the details provided at entry, and will be required to confirm their preferred team, jersey size, delivery address and contact details.
• If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 (fourteen) days, or fails to provide the required information within the requested timeframe, BetCity reserves the right to redraw the prize.

• Jerseys will be ordered after winner verification and delivered as soon as reasonably possible; delivery times may vary depending on supplier availability. BetCity is not responsible for supplier delays, discontinued products or stock shortages, and where necessary an equivalent official jersey may be provided.
• BetCity may require proof of identity before awarding the prize, and winners must sign for delivery.
• In compliance with the POPIA Act, participants acknowledge that, should they win, BetCity may publish their name on social media platforms.
• BetCity may require winners to complete and sign any documentation reasonably required to verify eligibility and facilitate prize fulfilment. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

• This promotion is only valid for registered BetCity account holders, is not transferable to any other person, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• This offer is limited to one per person, family, household address, mobile phone number, mobile money or other payment account number, shared electronic device (e.g. public library, workplace, mobile phone), and shared IP.
• By participating in this promotion, customers are deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as BetCity's overarching Terms and Conditions.
• Participants must be over the age of 18 years and have an active BetCity account to participate.
• Self-excluded persons may not enter the promotion.
• By entering the competition, you agree:
  • that BetCity may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition;
  • to receive communication from BetCity's sponsors and partners; and
  • to take part in reasonable post-event publicity, including the use of your name and/or photographs in such publicity, subject to your right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.

• By entering, participating and/or accepting a prize, entrants indemnify, release and hold harmless BetCity — including its associate companies, affiliates, directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors — from any claims or liability arising from participation in the promotion, or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
• BetCity reserves the right to amend, cancel, reclaim or refuse any promotion or prizes at its sole discretion, for any legitimate reason, following regulatory approval.
• This competition is closed to directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of BetCity or its marketing service providers, and their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
